Two panel discussions at the Collision Industry Conference being held July 20 and 21 in Salt Lake City, Utah, will explore the topic of whether collision repairers will be adequately trained and equipped to repair vehicles that are becoming increasingly complex in terms of design, composition and technology.
The panels will include shop owners, training providers, automakers, paint and equipment suppliers and others. The sessions will kick off with “The Future Is Here…Now,” a 3-minute video highlighting some of these new technologies along with industry and workforce trends and statistics that will impact the ability of shops to be ready.
