PARS has teamed up Operation Homefront to sponsor the Freedom Walk in acknowlegement of the tenth anniversary of 9/11.
The Freedom Walk is set to take place at 6:30 a.m. at Iron Horse Park on the army base of Fort Carson in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The unfurling of a superflag will be at 8:30 a.m. This event is open to the public.
The purpose of the Freedom Walk is simply to honor service members and veterans, renew our commitment to freedom and the values of our country, and reflect on the events of September 11th.
PARS is proud to participate and sponsor the event and encourages all members of the Colorado Springs and surrounding communities to get involved with the Freedom Walk.
